Gratitude Is THE Attitude

Thanksgiving is right around the corner again and hopefully gratitude is more on your mind and in your heart. With perfection self plastered all over social media, our real time demands and constraints, and the culture of society today, it is easy to get caught up in the work-a-day pressures and forget how absolutely wonderful we have it. Feelings of confusion, jealousy, or unworthiness come all too readily. But, if you’re reading this, you know what? YOU are so BLESSED. Your eyes have the ability to see, you’ve learned to read, you have access to a computer and time to sit down and enjoy. BLESSINGS GALORE!

And the blessings are truly endless if we look for them….our health, safety, home, family, friends, work, community, the list goes on and on and on. Blessings are everywhere and gratitude is a practice. Like a muscle that you work out, when you start to really look for blessings in your life, you see more and you are ABLE to see them more clearly and readily. Perhaps even “negativities” become blessings in disguise. Adopt gratitude as your attitude and suddenly, what do you know? YOU are even MORE BLESSED.
We are so deeply grateful for you.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Yours truly,
Brooke, Victoria, Natalie, Veronica and Lisa
